3. Booking Status

Any booking made on the website is considered a "Booking Request" until:

Payment is received (if required)
Step 3
Final confirmation is issued

A booking is NOT confirmed until you receive an official confirmation from Egypt Express Travel.

4. Pricing & Currency

  • All prices are displayed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP).
  • For international services: Prices may be affected by exchange rate fluctuations and the final confirmation price may vary before ticketing.

    6. Cancellation, No-Show & Refunds

    Cancellation policies vary per supplier. Some bookings may be non-refundable or partially refundable.

    Refund Rules

    • Refunds are processed within 14–30 working days.
    • Bank charges and supplier penalties may apply.
    • Service fees charged by eetbooking.com are non-refundable under any circumstances.

    7. Modifications & Amendments

    Any modification is subject to supplier approval and additional charges. The Company does not guarantee modification availability.

    8. Customer Obligations

    Valid passport (min 6 months)

    Correct personal details
    Travel compliance with laws

    9. Limitation of Liability

    The Company shall not be liable for:

    • Supplier failure (hotel overbooking, airline delays).
    • Travel disruptions, loss, injury, or damages during travel.
    • Force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.
